Does cancelling count as one of your three LSATs?

Post by farman » Fri May 29, 2015 6:52 am

If I were to take the test and cancelled immediately after, would that count as one of my three LSATs that I can take in a two year period? I'm assuming it would or it would be an easy way to get a ton of inconsequential practice in, but just want to clarify.

If you registered for June and aren't ready, you can move your date to October for ~$90.

I have prepared a lot and am averaging a 164 but have scored as high as 170 on preptests. I wish I was scoring higher, but I'm to the point where I'm ready to take a swing at it so I could have a head start in admissions

The lsat isn't something you take a swing at. It's something you master, then crush. If you need a 170, you're not ready yet. If you need a 164, knock yourself out.

Nope, the test date change deadline for people registered to take the June test in USA/Canada/Caribbean was last Sunday May 24th. The only remaining options for OP to avoid using one of the three allowed takes if (s)he decides not to take the June test is Registration Withdrawal (no refund) before midnight ET June 7th or just not showing up on test day which would be noted as 'absent' on his/her LSAT scores part of the CAS report law schools receive.
