Definitely. I didn't do that for June and had trouble focusing by the end of the exam. I started including a 5th section (usually LR because those wear me out more, but I tried to vary it) with each PT for October and it really helped my endurance.
Also, if you haven't downloaded the 7sage proctor app, you should. It gives you the option to add in distractions, like paper shuffling and coughing noises, and I found that helpful.
ETA: My 5th section was often from a test I had already done, and I would score it separately and review how I did on it the second time compared to the first and looked for patterns in my mistakes.
