I feel like the lessons in The Trainer are finally starting to click, and that's actually pretty exciting. Logic Games are finally becoming fun now that I understand what I'm doing!

Which chapter are you on in the trainer? I just got done with some games sections (I think 15?) and while LG has always been my best section, it feels great to build upon what I know to make the processes easier and more effective. Now I can only hope he helps me with RC and LR!

I just finished lesson 14, so I'm not too far behind you. I'm looking forward to these LR chapters next, because it's somewhere I really need to improve. I like the way he's explained things thus far.

Are you on the 8 week schedule? It'll be nice to have someone around the same area as me in the book to keep me motivated to stay on track 8)

Drill + 7 sage for explanations and keep on drilling till you're perfect. LG bible can't hurt though.

Hey Guys,

New here! Just wanted some advice. I am currently drilling LG's because I am not finishing it in time. I am finishing 4 games in about 45-60mins! Drilling has gotten my time down. I was wondering if I should focus on taking PTs or keep drilling?

How many PT a week should I do?? Ahhh freaking out. My LG is slow so I am trying to focus and my LR is just -8 for both sections so I have a lot to work on just not sure if I am wasting my time drilling or if PTs are my best option..

No, I'm just doing lessons when I can. I'm trying to do at least one lesson a day.

Is the trainer your first LSAT book? It's excellent for LR and RC but after reading the Manhattan and Powerscore LG books and watching pretty much every 7Sage games video, I found it to be very lacking for LG in comparison so you might learn more from them if you're anything like me.
It is my first LSAT book. I wasn't terrible at LG to start with, I just didn't know how to diagram them. I've been using 7sage after every PT! I wish I had more time so that I could read the LG Bible

Just finished PT 53, did it in 2 different sessions during the week.

LR1 -4/ BR -1
LG -1/ BR -0
LR2 -3/BR -0
RC -6 / BR -0 (damn RC)

Timed 167 / BR 180

First time scoring as high as the 94th percentile so I'm pretty pleased. Drilling LR and reading the trainer/bible has definitely helped.

Would definitely love to be averaging 170+ by December in case I drop a few points on test day.

Now gotta keep drilling, plus throw in some RC in there.

Assuming I retake in December, I'm waiting. I don't see any benefit in sending it in early and updating.
Sat for 10/3, but I am also signed up for 12/5. I'm thinking my score will be pretty predictable (or so I hope) and so I'm submitting apps to schools where my score is at or above 75% and holding off until 12/5 scores to try and reach that 170 benchmark and then apply to my dream schools.
