Battling a terrible cold and I just took a PT.... what a freakin waste

Praying that I'm not sick come December

For those of you taking the December LSAT, are you applying this cycle?

I'm "loosely" following one of the LSAT Trainer's 12 week schedules. I'm really liking this book so far! I need to PT soon and see if I have really improved.

I've been out of the game the past month due to some personal problems, but now I have to really amp it up till Dec. Anyone have any strategies to get back into studying after taking a break? I'm going to try and drill LR for 2 hours a day and then spend another hour on LG and RC.

What's up everybody, I really want to find an online group that would be down to start PTing and reviewing together. For the life of me I can not find anyone in person to study with, I tried the 7sage study buddy but nobody responded :(. Lol Anyways out of tests 60-75 I've only taken PT 62 and PT 72, so I have a lot of material I'm excited to learn from. Let's get something set-up. I'm shooting for a 170+ by December. My weaknesses be far are LR and RC, and if I really buckle down and stop making simple mistakes I know I can go perfect on games come test day. I finally broke 160 at the beginning of this month but I want to start making that 160 consistent.

My last 5 PTs:

PT 58: 163
PT 72: 157
PT 41: 160
PT 62: 163
PT 42: 159

very consistent scores, good for you! I barely have anyone to study with either but self-study is good at times.

I've taken some breaks for personal issues, I am just going to start reviewing my notes again and slowly start doing some practice questions then tests. I may start with Logic Games just to give my brain a kick

I'm kinda nervous because I feel like there isn't enough time, but the Oct test didn't even happen yet. I really would like to be in the running for this cycle and hope I can prepare enough to score upper 160 - 170s

Took PT 43 this morning! Got my highest score yet, 164! It's funny because I didn't touch my LSAT material this whole weekend because I want to California for a concert. I was totally stressing that I was going to lose ground.

I told my self starting in October I'm going to start doing two PTS a week. Do you guys think it's a good idea? And I heard some people break up there tests section-by-section. Since I have so much exams left to learn from I'm thinking of doing full-five section PTS on Monday and Thursdays (with review) and than the other days of the week break up the sections one by one and focus on that and review. So basically 3 tests a week, has anyone done this? I'm about halfway done with the trainer and I will say that it has helped me calm down when taking the exam!

Checking in :), any suggestions on studying for all sections at the same time and not trying to do one section at a time?

Checking in! Have started studying since the beginning of Sept. and did a few PTs in the 30s scoring from 156- 168 with zero consistency. I find that my main issue is focus, because I know that it's just practice tests, I can't seem to get my brain to focus and take it seriously. Anyone else feeling the same?

Checking in all the way from Moscow, Russia. Gonna need a group of people to help motivate me and keep me on track since no one here cares about the LSAT let alone knows what it is.

Took PT 48 today, really really REALLY happy with my progress.. I got a raw score of 87/165 BR 168!!

What I did from my last test and this test was drilled weakening questions (around 80ish) drilled some games from the last test using 7Sage's methods, and that was it! Yesterday, I did about 30 problems and before going to bed reviewed 4 questions I got wrong.

I have been worried because I have been going through the 7Sage curriculum a lot slower than everyone else and drilling, but I think it is paying off! I still need to work on games and RC, and I found even though I was slow in all my sections, i.e. running out of time for LR at least I was paraphrasing the answers before going into the answer choices. I felt much better with this one! For LG I spent too much time on the 1st and 3rd games not giving me much time for the last game.

This was my breakdown:
LR1 -3
LR2 -5
LG -1
RC -5

I know not as good as other people, but I'm seeing so much improvement and think I can definitely hit my desired score by December!!! Fingers crossed.
