do you guys think that saving PT 76 is a silly move on my part? I want it to be taken in the last week before the december LSAT so I can get some distance from it (make it as fresh as possible) and also build myself back up before I go at it again.

Thoughts?

Sounds good then guys. Re-taking should be fun.. studying is slowly becoming a bit easier to do. It just sucks I've seen everything, in the back of my mind I'm thinking.. "what if you would have got waay way way more wrong". I'll be so happy when I'm done with the LSAT for good ha.

Did a full 5 section PT 63 at 9am today. This was my first, and I got really burnt out and didn't really care towards the end <-- need to fix this mindset.

Haven't scored yet; planning on doing a blind review later.

I took PT 67 this week.

Score 162

RC: ~9
LR:~9
LG:~3

I really need to start picking up my speed in the earlier games, I got to the Zones game and ran outta time but I understood it pretty good except for question 21! :(

Blind Review 67 (171)

RC: ~4
LR:~5
LG:~0

I remember when my prep first started I couldn't BR above 163ish now I'm consistent getting in the 170s. Happy Halloween everyone !

just finished PT 41 (Oct 2003):

Score 175

LR: -3
LG: -2
LR: -0
RC: -1

the reading comp passages were familiar from the Manhattan prep books so that helped my performance (though this RC section was very easy so hopefully not by much), but I'm really happy about the LG. the two I missed were from a circular game (ugh). overall, super happy about this since my PT average before the Oct test was 168. most likely taking my next PT on Wednesday.

So I just decided yesterday to retake in December and thought I'd join you guys.. just took my first PT since June, PT 70:

Score 166

LR -3
RC -6
LG -4
LR -6

Oof I felt so rusty but kind of what I expected ~ I got a 167 on the June LSAT, PTing 170-174 before I took it but just fatigued out on test day... not enough practicing. I figure I can't do any worse than that so might as well try and do better on the December one... really hoping to break 170 but it will be a long month of studying, planning to PT 2-3 times a week the next four weeks and every day the last week except the 4th.

Yup. After June I took a month off and when I got back on the grind my PT average almost instantly went up 4-5 points, no joke.

This time around I haven't noticed as large of a leap, intuitively anyway (only taken one PT so far) but I also don't have as much room to improve this time either.

I did some of the difficult questions packet today along with two timed RC sections back to back - gotta prepare for the chance that that happens on the real thing.
same, took three weeks off after the Oct test and scored my highest PT score ever.
