Re: The Official December 2015 Study Group
So that runny nose and sneezing wasn't because of allergies. It's a pretty bad cold. Been taking halls all day and drinking tea and taking DayQuil. It started today so won't fully recover till at least Sunday. Fml.
Deciding whether to withdraw or sit through it. Either way I'm not going to retake ever again because I want to apply this cycle and Feb is too late in cycle. Also, I'm hopefully starting a new job very soon so I definitely won't have the time.
If I score lower than previous I don't want to go through the hassle of submitting an addendum explaining why I scored lower on my third take than on my second take. If I take the risk and do take it tomorrow albeit by 1 point, which could help me A LOT.
Ughhh what to do? This isn't going well at all!

If I get uncomfortable, I'll get annoyed. just gonna wear sweats, running shoes, and bring a cardigan in case it gets cold.Davey Jones wrote:i'm going nice casual. nicely cut sweater and black jeans. shoes instead of sneakers.Phoenix97 wrote:Does anyone else plan on actually dressing up a bit for that added boost of confidence.
During my first take in October I purposefully dressed entirely for comfort (worn out Yoga pants, Dad's sweater..), and looked like someone who had just crawled from out of a cardboard box behind Taco Bell.

im wearing a hoodie and fleece swetpants. I'm trying to make it so that even an awkward boner wouldn't be uncomfortableroshan07 wrote:If I get uncomfortable, I'll get annoyed. just gonna wear sweats, running shoes, and bring a cardigan in case it gets cold.Davey Jones wrote:i'm going nice casual. nicely cut sweater and black jeans. shoes instead of sneakers.Phoenix97 wrote:Does anyone else plan on actually dressing up a bit for that added boost of confidence.

Re: The Official December 2015 Study Group
I'm not a girl, but I'd suggest wearing sneakers. Even if your feet don't smell, your shoes might, and no need to risk anyone around you having a reason to fidget or distract you in any way. Nor is it worth it risking having to keep them on just because the proctor is weirdcheeseee wrote:Do you guys take off shoes when you are testing? Its pretty cold here so ill prolly wear uggs. But uggs are umcomfy when worn for a long time so..

Best of luck everyone. We worked hard. Hope we get the scores we deserve.. If you're anything like me it's a lot more than simply getting the score you want but overcoming self doubt and anxiety.. But it can be done and it's been done before. I'll see you guys after the test tomorrow see you in the waiters thread.
