Taking test in Los Angeles area. Which test centers better?
Need your advice.
I'll be moving to CA, and I'll need to register for LSAT before actually getting there. I'll end up somewhere in Los Angeles / Santa Monica / Long Beach area.
Could you tell me which test places/centers of that area are better? The only two criteria to keep in mind are ample personal space in an airy room and easy morning access by public transportation (basically, the second condition is not as important as the first one, since I can use taxi; however, if it's within 5-10 minute walk from a stop, it's better than a taxi)
Thanks

Have heard good things about Southwestern and Rio Hondo.

If you can make it out to orange county and it's still available, I'd recommend Western State College of Law.

Blueprint sent me an email about the best testing centers and the following were listed:
Westmont (in Santa Barbara which is nearer to me)
Southwestern Law School
UWLA - Inglewood Campus
UWLA - San Fernando Valley Campus
Rio Hondo College
Concordia University
University of La Verne
Saddleback College
Of those, when I registered a few days ago, only University of La Verne and Saddleback were available. University of La Verne is in Ontario, CA near Pomona and Saddleback is in Mission Viejo which is south of Irvine. It seems as though most of the test centers (good and bad) actually in LA are full already so you might have to go outside it a bit. This link also has more test center locations that are known for having space/not making you take the test on tiny desks: http://blueprintlsat.com/lsatblog/lsat- ... g-centers/
Hope that helps!

I've heard good things about Southwestern too...as a test center.

CSUN is the worst, please just never take it there. UWLA San Fernando was great. Generally the rule is that a law school (TTT and all) is best because the desks are big.

While it appears to be too late for OP, I really recommend Southwestern for future readers of this thread, although their $10 parking fee is BS.
Under no circumstance take it at a high school in Burbank (the name of which I can't remember). Sign up early.

Has anyone taken the September/October test at Rio Hondo? If so, please share about your test taking experience (ie: desks, parking, noise, proctors, etc.)! Thanks!!
