Does anyone know when we might expect to see application fee waivers for schools appear on our accounts if we've been granted them?

I blind reviewed PT 63 (except the RC section)

Score: 174

LR1: -1
LG: -0
LR2: -3
RC: -2

LR1 was filled with dumb mistakes that I was able to pick up on during blind review. LG was more dumb mistakes, nothing wrong with my diagrams or inferences. LR2 was definitely more difficult, and I was able to correct some of my original wrong answers, but also switched two right answers to a wrong AC. Overall a good review and learned some things from my mistakes. Now it's time to enjoy the festivities of Independence Day!

Well done man that's a solid shift! The dumb mistakes are particularly annoying, but also the easiest to clean up I find, I'd say you're in a great spot! Enjoy USA Day, retake revision starts Monday for me!

Here's where I am in my drilling phase:
LG: Have done SO,RO,CO, and Grouping Packets. Still have Assignment, In/Out, and Miscellaneous packets to get through.
LR: Have drilled MP,SA,NA,Flaw, and a bit of Strengthen & Weaken. Still have the other packets to get through.
RC: Have drilled 60 of the 120 passages.

Is this a good place to be right now 3 months out? I'm worried that I'm behind on LR.

I plan on drilling throughout my prep up to the test day. Also, I think you a fine with where you are at this point but I would start incorporating PTs.

I have LG Cambridge Packets 1-38, I know it's different for everybody, but did anybody find that after drilling this set of games accurately, (all of them, how ever many times) that you were able to to do most of the newer games scoring around -7 or less?(Most of the games older than 38)

I'm having to play catch up,and I'm going to have to drill my heart out from now until October.

You've already taken the LSAT? Thought you were a first-timer. Anyway, I'd save those fresh ones. They're precious and you probably should save them until late August/September. Just my opinion though.

Picked up books yesterday after a month's break and realized that I will be better off redoing the first half of the Trainer. On a positive note, reviewing the Trainer should go very fast and should be very beneficial. I will keep you guys posted!

The plan for today is to finish the SA packet (I've only done the level 1s) and then do some Misc. games. 2 of the questions I missed on PT 63 were SA question (both rated hardest by 7Sage) so I need to do some work on them. I'll probably look over conditional logic as well, since the difficult SA questions are heavy on the conditional logic.

Trying an experiment where I do early PTs untimed and focus on really understanding each question, like blind review without actually taking the test first. I did PT 3 and went -2 (one LR, one impossible RC), which is okay but not great. Gonna do PT 4 later.

It seems like the earlier tests rely more on interpretation than just straight up logic, but I'm making that judgment by comparing the questions in PT 3 to the ones I've seen in prep books, and it's possible that prep books sweep those questions under the rug because they are harder to learn/teach.

I also think I'm going to order that Brother laser printer everyone recommends so I can drill games every day. But it pisses me off that when I first looked at it, it was ~$80 on Amazon, and now it's $115.

Finally, I found A Theory of Justice at my parents house and started reading that... thanks to whoever recommended it back in the June thread.

Haha, I remember talking about Rawls and A Theory of Justice in the June thread. It's a good read, and it was my favorite book used in my graduate course on Social Contract Theory.

I won't lie, I am already having trouble getting motivated to study. I see my 167 as a fluky score because of a bad RC, which normally was my best section going into the June test. I guess I can polish up my LR skills and try to consistently get to -0 for LG, but the Oct. test feels so far away.

Started studying again today, shock to the system couple chapters of Manhattan LR down, some drilling, some 7sage videos, and now time for a PT Hope everyone else hasn't turned to the bottle yet, only three months to go...
