Thinking about it. I'm out of rum and beer, though.

I'm dabbling.
I told myself two weeks ago I would stop drinking for this... It didn't end well.

I said the same a month or so ago, but here I am having a beer. I have some Laphroaig too, but that will wait until about 3 pm this Saturday.

Ooo laphroaig I've been eyeing that at my local booze store.
I have a teenie bit of Mcallan leftover that I'm saving for after.

I'm a big fan of Islay scotches and Laphroaig is my go to. Best for the money, but I wish I could afford Lagavulin 16 more often. Sooooo good.

You need to try the Yamazaki 18, if you're into Whiskey. It is phenomenal.

I never see it, so I've never tried it. Heard great things, though.

I did pick a bottle of the best damn bourbon for under $20 the other day, W.L. Weller Special Reserve. At $15 it's a steal and damn good.

I doubt we'll see anything but rain until Sunday. I googled "[my city] Joaquin" and an article for what Joaquin meant for my city popped up. Maybe do that for yours?

Its kind of strange how, the more familiar you get with the test, the easier LR gets, yet RC and LG can still be completely unpredictable and mess up a good score even after getting proficient at them.

Have you tried Buchannans 12? Its quite tasty.

I'm not a big fan of blends, but I will give it a shot sometime.

If it's bad enough to postpone I think you'd get another date and they'd use an old Feb test, not sure how score dates might be affected.

Yeah that's what they'd do. You get super short notice for the new test, though. It might affect scores slightly, but at most maybe a couple days later.

Got my worst mark in 3 months today. Probably from over exhaustion and the 4 hours of class I had right before. Taking this as a sign that I need to chill the fuck out, doing some light drilling tomorrow and looking at past test mistakes Friday morning before game day.

flash21 wrote:okay so PT 75 didn't go good for me

someone please tell me it doesn't matter...

I bombed an LR which almost never happens

my last 8 tests were 164, 163, 164, 161, 166, 160, 160, 164 and now 158

LR 1 - (-4)

LR 2 (-9)

RC: -7

Games - (-9)

I'm trying not to panic but.. panicking.

EDIT:: coming off of my best LR sections on a PT just from 2 days ago on monday too! To my worst so far..

Honestly, same thing happened to me yesterday with 74, I can honestly tell you it doesn't mean anything. Review, think about why it happened (ie. mindset, confidence, etc.) and forget about it. Really, this score isn't representative of the work you've put in so don't sweat it - it won't happen again on test day.

This is a huge relief for me, just to hear someone say that. I hit below a 160 today for the first time in months and I'm trying to keep it out of my mind, writing it off as a bad test but still a little doubt was starting to creep in
