I relate to this so much, but rather than fast food I've just stopped eating really. Like breakfast is now just oatmeal, lunch--if I have it--is a protein bar, and dinner will be something easy--sushi take out, oatmeal, another protein bar, just a bag of edamame.

Like it's actually really bad and I've lost about 8 pounds in the past 2 weeks from not cooking for myself. I just devote so much freaking time to studying and hate losing out on study time to do things like cook or work out. Trying to actually cook and eat this week, though.

I see you are still on your sushi fix.
But for reals. Eat more! I've upped my calories 200-300 a couple of days ago and already feel much better.

i couldn't change my sushi habits if I tried haha.

I know. I definitely need to. I'm thinking about what I had yesterday and I only had like 25 grams of protein!! It'll probably be more worthwhile for me to pay attention to food than to studying at this point.

Totally agree, obviously it's something we've got to be cognizant of come test day. I've normally been really good at moving on from a bad section, especially after the break, but I was in a bad mood this morning haha.

Ultimately, I'm disappointed but I think we can learn from these and be sure not to repeat that kind of mistake that's very avoidable. Better to have it happen now than on Saturday.

It's a good week to get sushi for all those omega 3's.
I personally feel good whenever my nutrition/macros are on point.

I've been on a calorie deficit for a long time and I think it's definitely hurting my performance. I plan on eating everything in sight Thursday and Friday.

My sleep schedule is also fucked. I can force myself to get up at 6:30 or 7 now, but I still can't fall asleep before 1am, no matter what I do, and I've probably accumulated a serious sleep deficit. I'm hoping a heavy dose of caffeine will wake me up on Saturday morning.

saw this on reddit but download this computer program. It takes away a certain light on your laptop that actually stimulates daylight in your brain. The idea is that dimming it in the evening will help you fall asleep better.

what are the weird/unusual games that one must do before the test?

75 complete.

That was the easiest set of games I've seen in a long time.

LR1: -1
RC: -2
LR2: -1
LG: -0

177.

What time are y'all getting up at on Saturday? I know were technically supposed to be there two hours early, but I don't think I could handle being there at 6:30am haha

They've gotten weirdly easy - I keep second guessing myself because the answers seem too obvious

Random questions for people who have already taken...

I can wear a hooded sweatshirt, just not the hood, right?

Is there a max number of pencils I can bring? On the info with our admissions ticket it says you may bring 3 or 4 pencils. I guess I wouldn't need more than that, but can I bring more?

Also, does anyone suggest showing up earlier than 30 mins? I figured I'd leave my place at 7:45 and get there anywhere from 8-8:10.

There were people at my testing location in June who had worn hooded sweatshirts and they were fine. The lady checking me in wasn't going to let me take my cardigan in the room at first because I wasn't actually wearing it, just carrying it (It was 85 degrees outside!) So I put it on and then it wasn't a problem.

Also I had like 6 or 7 pencils in my bag and that wasn't an issue.
