I agree.
"How done are you with this test?" (simply so "White girl done" can be an option)
"Drink of choice after the test?"
"What are you doing the day after the test?" (crying, sleeping, doing all the shit I've put off for months, dealing with a hangover, etc.)
"What are you doing to celebrate?" (starting my apps, drinking myself into oblivion, etc.)
Who OPs Waiters is also good.
Ideas.
Who the hell "celebrates" by writing applications, like come on...

Last two preptests I've scored 169. Ultimate goal is 175. Missing 4-5 on RC, and usually 2-5 on each LR passage. Games a few simple mistakes here or there, just have to drill a little more this week to get my timing back down.

If I can score in the 167-170 range this time around, I think that leaves me in a pretty good position to hit the 173-175 range for December.
I think if you withdraw at a certain date, you can still re-coup $50 so you'd be forfeiting just $125. I'm doing the same thing too, I'm hoping to break 170 so I'd be more than glad to piss away $125 for that

Lol. I guarantee at least one neurotic person would have selected that.

I started out wanting to take every single PT. I think I've actually done like 9 timed and maybe 4 or 5 untimed, plus a few random sections. But I've done every logic game up to the 30s, I think.

For fresh modern PTs I'm down to 74 and 75 (and maybe 70). If I only have time for one more, which should I take?

And come on RZ, you wanted to be OP. Give us a new poll!
75 as it's the most recent. are you retaking these 70s pts or fresh?
Fresh. Never really saw the point in retaking them.

This is my attitude. If I do well, then great, if not... then I get another 6 weeks to study and work on my application. Nbd.

Or 10. Like what happened to me last take.
Don't go in and EXPECT to do worse than your PTs!

Doing worse than your PT average means that you are letting your mentality get in front of your skills. Try not to think (impossible though it may seem) about the fact that you're 5 days away from the test/how important getting above a certain score is/what happens if you bomb it, and just treat it like a PT. Only when you treat the actual test like a PT can you use the skills and intuition that you spent so much time developing by doing PTs!

I know someone posted about their routine last week, but just want to say don't forget about exercise and hydration this week! Dehydration can last a couple days and definitely slows you down mentally, and well exercise is just great at keeping the stress away! Myself, I like to get to an empty gym, throw the earbuds in, and shoot hoops for an hour.. nothing more therapeutic I swear :D

ETA: Agreed about the waiters thread, as stressful as it'll be at least there's some good-humored TLS'ers out there to share it with.

I definitely plan to be well-caffeinated before the test. I took PT 70 today and feel as if it's going to come down to how RC goes. LR/LG are for the most part, locked down. I'm actually the most hopeful for hitting my PT range than I have been in the last two takes. I'm definitely going to have sex the night before, and get to bed early.
