Top Law Schools

Hey everyone, I've been lurking the forums for quite some time but this is my first official post. I took the December LSAT and scored a 163 with a very strong result in LG, and not so great results for LR/RC. My PT averages were around that, so I certainly cannot say I was "surprised," but definitely disappointed as I am graduating with a 4.0 and as we all know that would be quite the waste of a GPA with that LSAT score.

I took a full length Powerscore course, but most of my work probably came from self-study using JY for LG explanations (a godsend), and then a little of The Trainer and MLSAT for LR/RC. I did study for quite some time, and while the LG don't need any specific work (I'll continue staying sharp to shoot for -0), it's truly LR and RC holding me back from the 170+ club.

I feel like LR and RC just aren't clicking well for me and so I spent a decent amount of time looking around online and was curious if anyone has heard of "The LSAT Genius" for a private tutor. The yelp reviews say the individual's name is Brad and I am curious if anyone here has had success, or failure for that matter with him. I don't want to reinvent the wheel because I know there are tons of guides out there, but what worries me is that if things weren't clicking from drilling and reviewing then maybe there is some big underlying weakness that an "expert" can help identify. I apologize for the long post, but I trust (I use that lightly ) the Type-A, overachievers on this forum. Thanks for all of the help!

I haven't yet encountered anyone who mentioned working with him, which is surprising. Website mentions a free consultation, so you might look into that.

does anyone know solid LSAT tutors in the San Jose area?
there are many well known prep tutors like Harvard Ready (toronto) at other places but looking for someone live in san jose area.

Did you end up using the LSAT Genius ? I'm currently looking at him as well.
