Re: FEBRUARY 2015 WAITERS' CIRCUS
Didn't want to ruin anyones day here but I live in PA right now and the weather is.. well.. really bad and icy out. Hasn't stopped snowing and I myself was let out of work early because of how bad it is. I can only imagine that the LSAC isn't worried about releasing scores today trying to be hopeful though.

Imagine if we took the LSAT in the 1980s? No Netflix, new internet, etc? That wait would be more brutal. But speaking of tech, I am impressed by Samsung's new Galaxy S6.

The S6 is terrible. It is essentially an iPhone. Samsung really disappointed me with this phone and I will be switching.nv93 wrote:Imagine if we took the LSAT in the 1980s? I think the phone itself is fine. IMO, what really differentiates a phone from its competitor nowadays is the software/OS running it.whodey0102 wrote:The S6 is terrible. It is essentially an iPhone. While I don't think it's terrible, I do think the glass design is a downgrade. I'll take the removable battery and microSD slot that comes with the plastic any day over this new design. Also, is there any reason for the curved screen? Seems to me like a gimmick.whodey0102 wrote:The S6 is terrible. It is essentially an iPhone. Probably to "enhance" user viewing ability. That's at least what's being marketed in curved tv screens. The Abyss wrote:While I don't think it's terrible, I do think the glass design is a downgrade. I don't see a problem with no SD Slot and no removable battery. I have used Samsung for years with the S3, Note 2, Note 3, and Note 4. I do also own the iPhone 5C.

Ugh. And yet where I am its sunny, warm, and in the mid 60s. LSAC needs to move where there is good weather, at least for the winter LSATs!sephora_addict wrote:HOPEFULLY tomorrow because it's supposed to snow again on Tuesday here in Pennsylvania.nlee10 wrote:sighhhh...tomorrow or even worse Tuesday.Smallville wrote:yeah think so... and with this weather.... Re: FEBRUARY 2015 WAITERS' CIRCUS
Not terrible in a tech sense, since upgrading the specs makes it a good phone. Terrible in a design sense. I'm not one for companies copying designs from others and calling them their own.nlee10 wrote:Probably to "enhance" user viewing ability. As far as the benefits to the curved screen, it is being used to launch apps and have quick access to calling and texting and such. Personally, the curved screens are extremely uncomfortable in my hands, and I feel that the phones are more vulnerable to screen cracks and scratches due to the lack of cases and screen protection.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
