Currently watching the Fiancee eat peanut butter fudge core. Very jealous.

That does sound good, but its one of those convenience versus taste kind of things. Like I make a really good homemade Mac & Cheese. I even make a bechamel sauce for the base. But a store bought one is soooo much easier.

I've never made mac and cheese from scratch  I only eat the store kind cuz I'm lazy af.

I hadn't done it ever until I got this book, http://www.amazon.com/Mac-Cheese-Cookbo ... and+cheese . It changed everything. I love being able to put whatever cheeses I want in that.

It reminds me of the time when Jackie Moon's dead mom invented the Ally Oop.

Yayyy, I'm glad you enjoyed it! But you're crazy Raider, the whole point of Max's is to eat the choc, not the mac & cheese

That chocolate haunts my dreams.

I LOVE ALL THINGS MAX MAKES! DRINKING HIS HOT COCOA NOW!

I can't remember the specific one, but it used Vermont cheddar, which is the best cheddar in the world. What I really love about that book though is once you have the basic ideas down you can sub in any cheese into the recipe. Its always approx. 2 cups of cheese per recipe.

TBH I was one of the people who didn't know that the Feb exam is undisclosed  now I feel like such a noob, and this was my second time taking a test

But why does it matter? Honestly, I'm happy with a good score without getting all neurotic about which ones I got wrong. At least I didn't go into the test freaking out

http://www.cambridgelsat.com/resources/ ... on-charts/

Feb 92: 100 (-10)
Feb 93: 101 (-15)
Feb 94: 101 (-11)
Feb 95: 101 (-10)
Feb 96: 101 (-9)
Feb 97: 101 (-15)
Feb 99: 101 (-15)
Feb 00: 101 (-14)

Is this information just irrelevant because it's so dated? Wish we were getting that -15 curve

Awesome, I'll try one of the recipes tomorrow & let you know how it goes

Also, I had one of those cream cheese dogs in Seattle. AMAZING.

And it shouldn't be, should it? It's one of those things that just sounds so weird, but when you try it you find out it's great!

I would cry tears of joy because my goal was 85 correct answers and then let the curve do whatever it does.

Exactly! I was with a coworker & she was like, "Eh, I think I'll pass. That just sounds odd..." but then I convinced her to try it with me & now we're both huge fans :)

What did you end up putting on it BTW? I've heard of people having it so many different ways. As I said before, I personally think onions 100% necessary, but not always sufficient.
