Re: FEBRUARY 2015 WAITERS' CIRCUS
Bob's Discount Furniture - why so many complaints? The volume of clients and actual percentage is low, but thanks to technology and amount of young buyers, or cost conscious, they shop at Bobs AND use the Internet to complain when it breaks?
I was looking at some tables and a bar piece. Nothing special. And nothing expected to be top of the line all hard wood hand made stuff. But even for cheap stuff. it gets tough to see complaint after complaint at every store location.
Then the extra protection plan, a rebrand from Guardian - which is what almost every furniture store seems to sell for extended warranty, aka extra sales profits
Anyone been furniture shopping lately and seen these companies and their products?
