Yeah, it's my favorite show. It's just written and acted so well. They don't really make shows like them anymore

Also Raider, I might be changing my tar to a Mindy Kaling tar soon. Or maybe Bill Nye the Science Guy

Rob Lowe?

Sam Seaborn is the ultimate man. When I tell people about Duke I always qualify it with a "that's where Sam Seaborn went to law school!"

better than the other famous Duke alum

Yeah Sam's a good character. I was bummed when he left the show :(

I'm more a Toby Zeigler fan though. Idk why (prob b/c I'm weird), but I find his sarcastic, grouchy but still kind-hearted personality kinda cute

It's like that Ethan Hawke movie Before Sunrise. PNJ, spend as much time with her as you can! Where's she heading off to? Maybe y'all can still stay in touch, you never know what will happen in the future.

Anyone ITT ever read Watchmen? That "peddle your way to a 173" thread always kind of feels like an LSAT version of Rorschach's diary entries, and it's making me want to reread it.

I watched that episode of Dancing with the Stars  He was awesome in it. I was sad when he hurt his leg & had to pull out for the rest of the season.

And yes, I like watching DWTS, I am basically like an old lady

U of Alaska Law or Ave Maria

Now I was thinking job prospects, clinics and quality of instructors. But then I got this compelling email this morning

Tired of the cold? Join us in sunny Florida with a Scholarship!

Weather, I don't know how someone at a meeting to attract top talent suggested sending out emails about the weather.

What else do you talk about when there's nothing to say? I managed to avoid the Ave Maria spam by asking their Dean about how his alma mater (Notre Dame) treats atheists. Seems to have taken me off their mailing lists.

35th anniversary of the victory at Lake Placid over Russia today :) maybe you felt like watching it cause you're a patriot at heart?

ETA: it's such an amazing movie. Disney did a great job recreating the greatest moment in American Hockey History.

How did you like that Wings/Stars game last night? I'll admit that Abdelkader got away with one on that game tying goal. Crazy, high scoring game.

I've never heard of this. How do they treat atheists?

Perfectly well, according to Notre Dame and Ave Maria's dean, though he looked pained as he admitted it.

I seem to remember an atheist group being denied 'club status' or something like that a few years ago. To hell with Notre Dame.

The fact that we scored 6 goals and had a two goal lead in the third twice and lost just sums up our season. Without Seguin, I'm not sure we make the playoffs this year as much as it hurts. It was a heck of a game but yeah Abdelkader got away with a check on Kari, but Cole kinda had an iffy one earlier in the game for us.
