Re: FEBRUARY 2015 WAITERS' CIRCUS
All this Dallas talk's making me feel kind of sad to leave. Lived here all my life (well, actually in a little town by DFW airport), and it's beautiful. The little town I grew up in is amazing, and it has everything. Definitely not dry, everyone has a blast, fully modern, only about 45 minutes from downtown, and, best of all, high school football is a whole world of its own down here! So definitely visit whenever you can. You'd be surprised how much you might end up enjoying yourself!EvergreenStateLady wrote:RaiderRed wrote:texas is the best guys. Yall should all come hereI really should visit Texas. I wonder if I'd like to live in Texas because I have very little idea what it's really like. I feel like it's so much different than what I'm used to. I do know that I love BBQ, food, friendly people, and having a big yard.ilikebaseball wrote:tbh, I love all the big 4 cities in TX. San Antonio is a swamp though, urgh.
Are there many lush green areas? I've mostly looked around Austin and the landscape looks sooo dry. I wonder if it's a bit greener near Dallas?

I have a 5 Guys and a Shake Shack a block away from my job. This is why I love NYC. I do want to try having D*ck's in my mouth though. I've heard good things.

Green all depends on season and water restrictions and rain. It varies. But Texas is honestly great. It just gets old after a while. Though the Austin landscape is pretty.EvergreenStateLady wrote:RaiderRed wrote:texas is the best guys. Yall should all come hereI really should visit Texas. In-n-out is pretty legit and is a bit cheaper than 5 guys I think.RaiderRed wrote:In-n-out is bae. Also is five guys bae.Shakawkaw wrote:I've heard it's overrated.Dirigo wrote:In-N-Out ftw
I also like how they discreetly insert Bible verses on their packaging.

Now smash tastes amazing with a burger and the fries. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.schmelling wrote:A smashburger opened up in the town over from me and its pretty phenomenal. I like a fried egg on a burger and they offer that's so I was sold from day 1.

Re: FEBRUARY 2015 WAITERS' CIRCUS
ah okay. Keep on watching what you eat and working out. Usually the mirror and pants size will be the real judge of your progress.Dirigo wrote: I almost cracked and weighed myself today but I talked myself off that ledge. I told myself I would wait a full month. If the number today disappointed me, I KNOW I would have cracked and just binge eaten my feelings.
Appearance wise, nothing drastic. But I'm pretty crucial and it's only been a week so maybe I'm just not seeing reality. Progress will be judged on how tight my jeans are tomorrow.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
