Haha I've never made homemade vanilla extract before. Unusual, that's hardcore! You're my hero

It's reallllllyyyy good homemade, bc you can choose your own type of beans and flavor it ....we norm just use schmirnoff and rum, but it started as a christmas gift idea and it's way cheaper to make your own...everyone loved it, so we keep making it...

...besides if I didn't make homemade things, then I would never be able to afford Cooley

I just soak almonds/hazelnuts/etc overnight, then blend it up the next morning. Strain through a cheesecloth (or a clean dishtowel if you don't have cheesecloth) & that's it. It's pretty easy to make and it tastes so fresh and creamy, not like the watery store stuff

Um, FORTRAN is a computer programming language, one of many
A Punch card can be used for many things ....

like COBOL, PASCAL, paying your landline telephone bill to MCI

I didn't know people did this either ... will have to look into it. I WISH I could have some homemade almond milk + buzzy vanilla extract right now.

If so, do you plan to keep homeschooling during law school?

Yea, I really do...It's kind of up in the air right now...my oldest could prob stay home and do a lot independently (she will be in 8th grade next yr) so either that or private school, my youngest will def be in school and the middle we really don't know, but prob public school bc she could hang anywhere

Yeah, I started my own mini-business making homemade organic body products, like facial scrub/body butter/aluminum free deodorant etc after that christmas gift extravaganza...i kinda stopped while studying for the lsat, but will prob build it back up this summer

eta: I use the vanilla extract in my Relaxing Lavander/ vanilla facial scrub ppl can't live without it once they try it
