We could use some snow for our local ski resorts though.

And water supply. I hope you all die of thirst.

This is a legit problem in Texas. Most lakes are less than half full cause of drought and stuff.

That sucks. Droughts for the West, Southwest, and Texas are probably ahead unless things change. It being an El Nino year I'm doubtful of a change in our weather patterns.

Should've ...mentioned the percentile of a 151

Yeah we seriously need some colder weather here in WA. We're going to have bad droughts if our mountains don't get some more snow.

Also I love snow but I dislike it being lower than in the 20's. We usually don't get much snow here unless you live in the mountains or East of the mountains. Also I hate humidity but I love snow so much I think I could live with the humidity and the cold.

We'll see, I can't know if it's worth it until I've lived it. For CE's law school we almost definitely will be moving to the East Coast or the MidWest so I'll get the chance to experience the daily humidity of life East of the Rockies and the crazy cold snowy winters.

Your state is so gorgeous though. I've only visited Seattle, but I really wanna visit Olympic and hike/camp in that area and visit the northern cascades. I'm a big nature person and everything I have seen pictures and read about makes me want to visit.

I know. Not enough snow

Yes this! Guys I really REALLY love snow! <3 ^_^

I was so happy in 2012 when we got 13 inches of snow on the ground and 9 inches in 2008. Other that the mountains I've never had more snow on the ground where I live. Boston is truly getting too much snow right now but I like 6 - 20 inches of snow on the ground.

Texas has gotten more rain this year, at least west Texas, but the state as a whole is having lakes dry up and fishing populations are being severely affected cause we've been in a drought for so long. My buddy can't even take out his boat at his lake house cause the water level at their dock is too low.

fall fashion is the best though.

Fall and spring are obviously the best seasons, so this is definitely more about choosing winter over summer.

Fall and Winter are my favorite seasons followed by summer. I like spring but it's kind of boring except for the rare thunder storm. Most of our thunderstorms only last like one of two strikes of lightning around here.

Thanks! The gif didn't work when I did it so I changed it to one that did work. I think I'll leave the new one there and you can have the other one up there. :p

How many years have you guys been having a drought? That really sucks on so many levels. It's been quite a while since WA had a multi-year drought.

np...we were all newbies once (reminiscing the days I sat frustrated while gifs did not post properly on my mobile device, while walking to school in 3 feet of snow up hill both ways during a drought and a zombie apocalypse)...it gets better
