Made a fairly big lunch not too long ago (chicken lo mein) so my dinner will probably be a smoothie and some fruits.

kinda creepy how quickly it just stopped though lol
Anywho when everyone gets back maybe you guys would know what we need to do for FAFSA if we are listing more than ten freakin schools! because it says that only 10 schools can be listed...so what heck are you suppose to do with the rest for crying out loud!.. (since the deadline is March 2 and some of the schools won't answer back until after that date possibly, you kind of are forced to list all of them on your FAFSA)

I've been trying to find a place to buy a beef heart so I can make stuffed beef heart with wild rice and mushrooms, but I can't seem to find anyplace that carries it. So tonight its Reubens and I got some Polish sausages for tomorrow.

I feel like my imagination is limited by my local butchers.

ty for reminding me I should actually get on making it. Making a spiced roast chicken with preserved lemons. Not sure about sides- maybe asparagus if I go to the store while the chicken is roasting.

Speaking as someone with a career in food service: saying a good/great/the-best-ever home cook should be a chef is kind of like saying someone should be a lawyer because they like to argue. No offense to Pep or anyone else, but being a chef is a hell of a lot more than being able to cook well. In fact, some of the chef's I've known were pretty miserable technical cooks.

Once you get the email with the EFC, you can delete the schools you've already sent it to and add the ones you haven't.

/applied to 15 schools

I actually enjoy natural peanut butter. Especially on celery.
