If you had the equipment/time/production value, imagine a person who records themself performing a cover of a popular song, but they play every instrument. Drums, guitar, vocals, etc. Then they choreograph a piece and dance to it. Insert monologue.

he did not, which is why it was acceptable that he did so here.
I'm biased, of course, and there was one word in there I really fought hard to change and lost, but the video is about wanting things beyond one self and aspiring for others. I think you might be holding the production quality against him, Dirigo. Again I might be biased, but in 60 seconds I think finding a much better message would be highly difficult.
I have seen many others with much less production quality but of equal impact, but I think there is nothing wrong with this message.
