Yeah, the best way to get a food scale and start weighing your foods. Use the app MyFitnessPal to track everything, lol. Counting overall calories is easy since you just keep track of one number but tracking macros consist of tracking 3 and somewhat of planning your meals because you don't want to use up all your fats by 12pm.
