Here's a couple links to get you started:

http://macronutrientcalculator.com
http://healthyeater.com/how-to-calculate-your-macros

Yeah, the best way to get a food scale and start weighing your foods. Use the app MyFitnessPal to track everything, lol. Counting overall calories is easy since you just keep track of one number but tracking macros consist of tracking 3 and somewhat of planning your meals because you don't want to use up all your fats by 12pm.

FTW
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
2 scoops of PB
1 chobani vanilla greek yogurt
1 Banana
Milk (the amount will vary depending on how thick you like the shake)

gamerish wrote:Greek yogurt
Peanut butter (you can use pb powder if you're more afraid of the calories than you are in need of the protein)
Unsweetened cocoa powder/cacao powder
Banana
Some kind of liquid
Blend that shit

GOAT

Blinder than Rigos dog.

Nah gamer. You "some kind of liquid" doesn't cut it. You put water in there and the shake is ruined :) Also, this is a lot more fun then the June prep group. All we talk about there is the... LSAT.

Ahh, I'm guessing you're a guy, too?

I'm a gal and a bit smaller than you are-- that makes sense!

Keep us posted on how your macros are your going!

Can't tls properly right now bc I'm on my phone, but i agree w pepper and the advice to pw...and that other guy who said someone might get their ptsd triggered...lol

Mainly just dropping in to tell raider i called the library and they had a waiting list of 19 ppl for the scorch trials, then called a bookstore (2nd and charles in case anyone is familiar w them-books a million's version of game trader, v cool actually), anyway they're out of it. Target has a copy for $7.99 so I guess I'll get it from there, I have a copy of the first one anyway, so might as well. But i got in line at #10 at the library for the 3rd one.

Also to thtthat other person mentioning the dresden files, i may check that out too after this. K ttyou gais lata

And this, yes! Haha, forget law school, I'm opening a restaurant instead!! Schmell and Abyss can join me, Prodigal knows the ins and outs of the industry so he can help manage it & Leslie can be my pastry chef :P

I'd go for this. This cycle isn't looking too great. C&F issues...

I prefer to think of my dietary habits in this way as well, haha

Will type up the recipes for the soup and the Oreos tonight! Whiskey, did you say you wanted the soup recipe as well?

Send me that ish too.

Don't think I would ever have the patience to ever bake anything with oreos in it. Would eat them all before the recipe was halfway done.

You could (if it doesn't exist already) work on a recipe thread for law students ... could be a good number of recipe scattered across all the threads/posts here on TLS
