There are too many spiderman movies. Just because he's one of the first Marvel heroes (THE first?), that don't mean he is awesome. He is lame and not nearly as cool as other Marvel heroes.

I'm a Cap girl, so I'm just excited to have him in Civil War. It's not a great storyline in the first place, and doing it without Spiderman makes it make even less sense. Maybe it'll be good now!

On the Subject of Books:

Right now I'm reading a history book that is semi a biography and semi a history of con artistry in America. It's called "The Mark Inside: A Perfect Swindle, A Cunning Revenge, and A Small History of the Big Con". So far I'm really liking it but I haven't gotten very far. It mostly follows the life of Texan Rancher J. Frank Norfleet and how he got swindled by con men in the 1920's. Then he decides that he will find these men and bring them to justice. He spends the next four years crossing the country to hunt them down. In order to catch them he learns tricks of a con mans trade like posing as other people.

Before this I read "Without You, There is No Us: My Time with the Sons of North Korea's Elite". I really enjoyed this book, it was a candid look at North Korea from the eyes of someone not born there. She was born in South Korea and her family eventually immigrated to America. Parts of her family were split up during the great divide which is where most of her interest in North Korea came from. It focuses on her family history and her time spent teaching in North Korea at a school for their elite.

After reading "The Mark Inside" I'll probably reread the "Dresden Files Series". It's my favorite book series because I'm a huge nerd. :P But it's also really good. It's a fun mix of urban fantasy mixed with pulp adventure and noir mystery. It's got an exciting pace, sarcastic witty humor, and a host of entertaining side characters. Also the main character get's the shit beat out of him all the time and I enjoy an author who isn't afraid to put his characters in harms way.

The first two books in the series are good but not great so don't judge the whole series based on them. All the other books are great in my opinion even Ghost Story which has the slowest pace of all the books in the series. I recommend this series as a super fun read for anyone who likes urban fantasy, pulp, or noir. Did I mention riding an undead dinosaur through downtown Chicago and bribing pixies with pizza? Also if any of you love Supernatural you'll love this series. 8)

Bookmarked this is order to read about the Feb test- instead all I've learned is that if pepper ever opens a restaurant I will eat there every night and that no one here knows how to make a proper smoothie :D

FTW
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
2 scoops of PB
1 chobani vanilla greek yogurt
1 Banana
Milk (the amount will vary depending on how thick you like the shake)

Yeah, your right I am a workout/protein junky. But honestly its just as much about the taste. The chobani makes it super creamy and delicious. Go ahead and try it. Tell me I'm wrong.

ETA: If you don't care about keeping it healthy, throw a few oreos in the blender as well. Mind-blowingly delicious.

What kind of diet? Just eating clean or something specific like low-carb, etc?

Just sticking to my macros. I'm roughly on a 300 calorie deficit this week before bumping it up to 500 starting next week. I think I have my macros set at 70F/350C/180P for around 2750 calories.

How much do you work out to be on a calorie deficit at 2750? (I'd gain like 5 pounds in a week-- of course, slightly exaggerating)

About 5 times a week! 4 days are pretty heavy with compound lifts (think deadlifts/squats/bench) and 1 day for shoulders (overhead shoulder press). I'm also 6'1 and like 200 pounds lol.

Well first off, that would require me to scroll back in the thread
And secondly, it wouldn't help me make a post to get to that number ...In which case, does 1 cause 2? :)
