What is a good mix for this Optimum nutrition? I'm mixing like 20 oz of water with two scoops and it tastes way too diluted.

LK, you could also take a nice nap, read a book, or tune out to your Spotify playlist. Or read an entire cookbook and flag recipes to try. Or be *that* girl who talks to the stranger next to you all flight long.

My TTT airline doesn't have wifi so being a sane human is my only choice

30 calories per serving cup almond milk. Mixing any kind of protein with water is too disgusting for me.

Around 6-8oz. Whatever the instructions say.
