They almost named it "hot tub time machine 3" as a time travel joke. Just to give everyone some perspective on the top notch creative minds behind the movie.

The first one was actually funny, but it needed no sequel.

What play did you see?
On the verge or the geography of yearning. It was actually quite good.

My roomie just put sardines into the smoothie she's making. It smells awful, I don't wanna try it but she's gonna make me

Ew. Why would one ever consume sardines?

Idk, she's on some weird caveman paleo kick or something & apparently some dude's book she bought has a recipe for a fish smoothie. So gross

I don't mind sardines in general, I just don't wanna be drinking liquidified fish

Just ask what blender paleolithic humans used. Then offer a mortar and pestle.

Pretty jealous. I have to control my appetite all the time. I can literally eat 2k calories in a single meal and still be hungry af.

I get rice, chicken, and double beans (various toppings as well, of course), the combination of which is pretty filling and it's not like they skimp on portion sizes. In my experience, most people tend to cut out the most filling options - the rice and the beans - when they're trying to lighten up their orders because they don't take into account that complex carbs are a lot more filling than a bunch of vegetables.
True. On a bulk, I get double rice/chicken and then beans, fajitas veggies, lettuce, corn salsa. Who needs sour cream and cheese when you have the delicious chipotle hot sauce.

gamerish wrote: If you're taking your meal home, you can sub greek yogurt for the sour cream. I've been doing it for years and the taste is pretty much identical. Greek yogurt is just thicker than sour cream so if you want them to be the same texture just mix a little bit of water into the yogurt and go crazy because it's low in calories, no fat and loaded with protein.

ETA: I would definitely recommend the double beans for a bulk as well, especially if you can do that instead of double rice. A lot more protein and fiber in the beans than in the rice and is just as filling (tastes better too imo).
Yeah that's true. A bit hesitant about double beans though because my body doesn't handle a huge influx of fiber all that once very well lol. I get uncomfortably bloated for a bit lmao.

So since I'm gonna be in europe for a month, I won't have access to a gym. Any tips on how to use this time to cut without losing too much muscle mass? How should I eat on the road? BW exercises without a pullup bar? Should I curl my suitcase.

Btw I'm trying to cut like 15% -> 12%, not 25% -> 20%.

Get your hands on any protein in sight. Are you going to be sleeping in hostels?

Yeah going Frankfurt -> Amsterdam -> Frankfurt -> through Switzerland -> Italy (Rome) -> France (dunno which city yet) -> London I think. I'll have friends for some legs but it's gonna be hostels and backpacks.

Do I eat at a deficit? If I eat at a surplus I'm gonna get fat 100% since I won't be lifting, but if I eat at a deficit I'll lose muscle mass right? wat do

hmmm, I would try to eat at a maintenance or even a slight bulk to try to maintain muscle mass. You'll probably be expending a lot more calories traveling than you think so it'd probably be okay to eat more. lol. Keep up with BW pushups and stuff.
