yeah I go with frozen strawberries, blueberries, banana, some almond milk... keep it simple, gotta find some more stuff to throw in
These are my typical smoothie ingredients. Try adding in some vanilla protein powder.

I use 2 pastured egg yolks, 1 tbsp of Collagen Hydrolysate, 1 tbsp of honey, a handful of strawberries, 1 tbsp of cacao powder and some water. It is delicious.

Yeah I alternate my frozen fruit sometimes with mango also, the specific combo I use is just like for beauty benefits, and it does taste great! I will have to try the ginger....pepper do you grate it in? I also like to use young coconut (now that is THE MOST refreshing thing ever), but that's just so much work!
Also, I started cutting up and freezing my celery beforehand too...pretty much anything I can freeze I freeze except the apples and greens

The sec I read egg yolks, the theme song to Rocky popped into my head
I forgot about cacao powder. I do add that in sometimes. And I add hemp protein powder every day
I can't even taste the eggs, all I taste is the cacao and strawberries and the honey a tiny bit. Collagen hydrolysate is tasteless and a easily digestible source of protein, making it perfect for pre-workout. I understand most people gag at the thought of raw eggs, though.

Pepper, have you seen this site? I just got the book for my bday and plan to use it to inspire me...when you mentioned dandelion greens, I thought of it, bc a friend of mine does that and got the idea from this website...has lots of other good looking foodie stuff too.

When you move to Boston, I'm gonna make you drink it with me
It's actually really tasty. Raw spinach is pretty tasteless, so it ends up tasting like a really refreshing gingery lemonade.
See now that actually sounds live heaven. I LOVE lemonade. They have Lemonade Day here and it is one of my favorites. I drive around and buy lemonade from every stand I can.

Never read books two or three sadly. I might join you.
