Here's my 5rm numbers in KG you imperialist bastards

Bench - 80kg (176 lbs)
OHP - 50kg (110 lbs)
Squat - (with a broken lower back, no gear) 110kg (242 lbs)
Deadlift - (with a broken lower back, no gear) 100kg (220 lbs)

But my workouts lately, I put on a belt and don't go past 90kg for squat and deads, my back is really in a precarious state.

Lol, I was allowed to walk a solid 400 yards today. I won't have much of a chance, heck it's a struggle getting out of the bed.

multiple repeat minor injuries. I had a phase for a few years in highschool/college where I practiced breakdancing. I took modern dance classes at the time. If you watch ABDC, the entire Instant Noodles team is from my high school, I know a handful of those guys.

2 fractures in the spine, a slip in the vertebrae that cut off most of the nerves on my lower back.

DW had to lift a car which broke down on some train tracks. Saved 152 lives that day.

I used to do pushups really well in HS - our gym class was basically run by a former army drill sergeant. We'd do like 50 push ups straight, IIRC.

I'm wimpy af now and really out of shape.
