when an RC questions refers to line 15, for example...do you generally read the whole paragraph or just a couple sentences? i find that the right answer often requires the paragraph or at least most of it.

when i limit myself to the line or two or three, i think it screws me.

So, I've started doing this thing where when I'm going over questions, I'll google the content in the stim out of curiosity and get distracted for like 10-15 minutes reading about it.

HALP.

I'm noticing in my review of the Diff. Q's I've been drilling that repeatedly the posters/LSAT geeks in the Manhattan LSAT forums comment on how these kind of questions are outdated or phrased poorly compared to recent tests. I've certainly noticed this as well and am trying to make the best out of the prep by working more on the specific skills that are relevant to each question type and not getting bogged down in the language or nuances.

Given that it's crunch time, should I be changing my approach and just drilling the more recent PTs (i.e., post 38)? Getting a little frustrated right now.

Touched my first full section(s) in a little over a year today in the form of a timed 4 section test (I know, I know, cut me some slack).

PT# 41 - 174
LR1: -3 (2 of which I marked because I didn't feel right about, but didn't have time to come back to. A stronger/faster sense of intuition will come with practice, I guess)
LG: -2 (fuck you circle game, not sure why you gave me a hard time, but you did)
LR2: -0
RC: -3 (literally LOLed at two of the wrong answers I selected. Silly misses are always silly in retrospect)

I had time to spare on RC, which never happens. LR were done just in time, which is slow, but okay for now I guess. LG was weird. I usually kill it with time to spare, but I lost so much time on games 2 and 4 after generating extra time with games 1 and 3 that I got pretty upset. Next time will be better, I'm sure.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I mean, everything is essentially the same. Yet, everything is made to look different. You can only make things look so different when you apply the logic that the LSAT uses. It can only be doctored up to look different and feel different. To me, it's still good practice because it reinforces your ability to look at questions in a different way. Then again, I'm retard.

Hi uno. This makes sense to me. Since the packet goes in chronological order, maybe I'll start from the end and work backwards.

So basically what I'm saying is: I'm postponing to February. I'm just not emotionally ready to say goodbye yet.

ETA: Feb 2016, just to be clear.
