agreed. yea...pretty salty about my GPA.

Don't be crass. Some people believe in waiting.

Starting 60/63 right now! Wish me luck, friends.

Follow your dreams, GT!!

Well, this is fun. Had 2 B2B PT's scheduled to do at home today (because traveling to the library wouldn't be time efficient with all the weekend construction on the metro, and it closes earlier on the weekends). This plan has hit the fan because my uncle (who is visiting from Russia) has shown up unannounced and I guess today is family day.

Okay fellas, Postponing. I don't think I will score more than my June '14's 163 in December. February/June '15 it is! Detailed prep needed, too many gaps in prep. Will hit the trainer, read a lot of The Economist, do sections with blind review, do occasional PT with blind review and do games drills by type.

Any suggestions?

PT 32

Overall 174

Lr -1
Rc -4
Lg -0
Lr -4

Feel encouraged about my last few tests. Rc is always a gamble for me depending on the material, so provided i get some friendly passages on the big day i think i can grab 175 or higher.

I think you made the right call. The extra months will def help you prep more without getting burned out. Come Feb/June, you'll crush the exam!

Yes. Sucks to lose a year, but, a repeat score or in fact anything below 169 will not do me much good. I can get into my nice regional now, and below 169 that is pretty much the only school that I would consider going to. So I need 169+. One more year is OK.

It's going okay. I've been plateauing at the 165-166 range (got a 166 on today's PT as well, ugh), so I'm thinking about postponing to Feb too unless I manage to hit 170 sometime soon. I'll be taking another PT tomorrow, so hopefully I'll do better. Hope springs eternal, haha

ETA- go Jgoods! Proud of you, keep up the good work!

I know the Feb is undisclosed, but any data out there that might say whether the Feb test is a traditionally "harder" or "easier" test based on curves? According to the 4 Feb tests that have been released in the 90's, 3/4 were -14/-15 curves.

PT 55 today. Pleased with the results but should I be doing more recent PTs? I did a decent amount of them due to TM's curriculum but there are still a few left that I haven't got to.

PT 55
LR1: -4
RC: -6
LR2: -3
LG: -4
83 RC/164

Looking for some advice.

Just took PT 44 today with an exp mixed in.

Got a 157 the day before I got a 159. Both of these are the lowest scores I've gotten in 4 weeks.

Prior to these tests I scored my highest of 167, not sure what's going on or what to do. While there are some variables in the 159 (had to split up the test and was pretty distracted), this test there was an experimental but started to get a lot of "splitters" and was the first time I didnt finsh the test.

Not sure what to do from here? Obviously going to BR most recent test but most of my schedule consists of PTs every other day should I change this up?

Yes. This test has a tremendous impact on our respective futures. Bloodymindedness for the next few months and we will come out great.

Feb is unpredictable from what I hear too!

tm is the last day to postpone it looks like without fully withdrawing and re-regestering of those unsure what they're going to do

Today:

Had a BP workshop class 10-2pm today. Planning to REALLY review yesterday's two LR sections. PT 60 tomorrow.

PT60
LR -2/-0
LG -0
RC -3
94/176

PT63
LR -0/-3
LG -1
RC -1
96/175

Brain felt really foggy today. The tests turned out alright, but I'm honestly shocked. I lacked confidence in my timing for most of those sections, and the struggle was pretty consistent throughout. It wasn't fatigue, I don't think. Just felt like an off day.

Pledge allegiance to the struggle.
