sorry for my rant :)
Make sure you drill too and not just stick with reading the book for awhile. When I first started all I did was reading the bibles and trainer which were great but I feel I would have improved much more if I added some drilling with the books.
Thanks for the advice, I will definitely start drilling along with reading the books. I get how you drill for LG and LR but for RC is it the same?
RC is my weak point really, the best thing I've read and trying to work on I mentioned in my previous post about the main points of the paragraphs

You guys serious? December sucks.

The question follows logically if which of the following is assumed?

A) You cannot be serious if you take in December
B) December sucks since you are not serious
C) You are not serious because you are taking in December
D) December is not serious
E) You guys is used in more than one context

I can't imagine studying while taking a full course load. I was never that organized and motivated during the school year and surely would have bitten off more than I could chew.
Good luck to you though! :D
Thanks! it completely sucks lol, and trying to work and tutor while trying to study is mission impossible. I just don't know how to say no to people (bad I know). But I WILL somehow find time to study for the LSAT its the last thing I need to start applying :?

ETA: Remember to only do the negation test with NA questions. :D
Haha, I can picture the ad now, "Hire Dirigo & receive a complimentary beer with any 1 hour LSAT tutoring purchase!"
Of course I'll charge $6 more per hour for a $2 beer. Always business savvy here.
yes lol
though I like the Ill help you study, and then give you something that is counterproductive with memory :p

and yeah you seem to be all over these threads, it's only natural to turn into an LSAT geek when your poking around everywhere... and im sure youll hit that 180 in no time

I like how I check my grammar and writing with some posts/sentences and not others

edt: blind review suggestion is great btw

But if it's a really dense passage, a lot of my errors tends to be inference. Sigh. I'm reading the Manhattan RC and see if it helps this week. I'm consistently only scoring 13-17 right on RC. Hope to bring it up to to 20-24 by December!
This.

At some point Blind Reviewing would be good to add to your regimen. Before you look at he answers, go back through and check yourself. Really work through the problems that gave you trouble until you're 100% sure of the answers.
ONLY THEN should you look at the answers and grade yourself.
This BR process can (and should) take hours, but it's the best way to truly learn and delve deeper into the questions. After seeing the correct answers, you're biased and unable to really work through each answer choice as organically as you should.

Awesome! Thanks for this.

Hope to get through a lot of the Manhattan RC.
Would you say that's a beneficial source for RC? How does that compare to PowerScore RC?

I wish I didn't work 50 hours a week! I would be studying all day! I'm going to speak to my boss about reducing my hours.

Thanks for the link!

I'm a full-time student and involved in multiple ECs, I can't ask anyone to reduce my hours. LOL

How short is the book, nlee10?

Yeah I know! It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to do work related events on some weekends. I'm just ranting I guess! I really need that 160+ for SMU.

I wish I could get a 160+ this Saturday and a 170+ in December :P I want to kill myself.

And please feel free to vent! This is what the forum is all about! (Well, that and prep lol)

What is going on?! What does this mean??

http://www.lsac.org/jd/lsat/test-dates- ... a-december

Isn't there a normal December 6th LSAT? Or is that just the Spanish LSAT?

Thanks, Dirigo! So you'd recommend the Manhattan book for RC?
