I drank coffee earlier so I can't sleep :( I have a grant application due on Friday so I've been working on it nonstop

I hate when that happens....that's why I can't drink any after 3pm.

Good luck with it! I just realized it's going to be Thursday already so I suppose you should work on finishing it. haha.

Yep, I'm really into natural healing and traditional medicine too! My friends/family call me a hippie :P I get so intrigued by all the wondrous possibilities that foods/spices/herbs have to offer. Like turmeric for example... it's crazyyyy what studies have shown it can do. The sky's the limit when it comes to exploring the healing properties of what nature has to offer

Same. Yes, I'm excited ab Maze Runner too, and I prob will use it to procrastinate studying...anyway, I'm a bit of a hippie now too, but there are so many others in my area turning in that direction, that it's pretty cool and not too unusual here... my mother-in-law is constantly singing the praises of turmeric... right now I'm really into essential oils, etc. I actually put some Rosemary essential oil on one wrist and Patchouli on the other on test day...they are both known to stimulate memory/ thinking...lol

I'm not going to work tomorrow and just finished at 1:30, so I need to unwind a bit before bed haha

and a great way to unwind is to stay up wind it all back up ...lol ... i worked as a waitress a few years back and I would get home so late, and be so tired, but I was so keyed up I couldn't go to sleep for at least 1-2 hrs...it was tough

For sure. haha. I catch up on any subscribed Youtube videos I missed during the day before going to bed.

OMG you're into essential oils too?! I use rosemary EO all the time! And peppermint for clarity

Yes, I use them both pretty frequently! I actually put peppermint on my throat at the first sign of a cold/ sore throat and wrap it in a scarf...i put it on neat (undiluted) and it stings like icy hot for like 15-20 minutes, but doing that a 1-3 times a day for 1-3 days clears it up so fast!

Where the colloidal silver users at?

Just oils then, huh? That's cool, no judgement.

You know I never got into that, though I have heard it's great...but honestly I think i would only ever use it externally like on cuts and things...heavy metal poisoning (although admittedly, somewhat unrelated), is enough to make me skeptical ab using it.

No, I use other stuff too...have you ever heard of Protease (as a supplement)? It's great for fighting off bacterial and viral infections if used in high concentrations...many ppl use it as a preventative as well ...I've even heard of ppl using it before taking the LSAT  (throwing "LSAT" into the convo, makes it on-topic, right?)

So, I'm open to other things just have specific reservations ab c.silver.

Exactly! Pure EOs are actually pretty strong, just 1 drop is needed & most need to be diluted before applying to skin (that's how super powerful they are). I only apply peppermint to my skin & never on my face (usually on my wrist). Rosemary doesn't need to be diluted though. I think on test day, I'll put a drop of rosemary on my neck since it's so good for memory. I actually study with a rosemary/peppermint EO scented paper towel nearby. It helps me concentrate better.

OMG...why are we the same person?? I actually put some drops on my tissues allowed to be on the desk during the test, and also used while prepping...basil is supposed to be another good one for brain stuff and also other things like migraines, esp when combined w copaiba (i haven't tried yet, but have heard good things)

You should eat a lot of tomatoes! Natural sun protection from the inside out :)

I love tomatoes!

Anyways, I'm signing off. Have a good night everyone and we'll have an awesome day of LSAT studying tomorrow!
