G2: I actually really like the CD games. It definitely tricky if you don't carefully read each question though.
G4: I make my initial list like JY does in 7sage and do all of those type of games like that so I can easily refer back to see what each person does and look for overlap.

I understood the CD game but it took me FOREVER to solve. Thanks though!

And thanks everyone for the MSS. I planned to drill MSS now but I'm just SO out of it from studying all day. ;(

Also... I was doing some reading for one of my classes and was struck by inspiration to write part of my personal statement and then stopped working and wrote it :P (part of it).

Lazy Sunday for me. Finished reviewing yesterday's PT.

Totally forgot to review last Monday's PT so currently watching the 7sage LG videos. Finished reviewing LR's and will do RC later today.

Several sources indicate that RC is much harder in recent preptests (65+) than older (1-40).

Do you guys think this is true? I never formally studied for RC and rarely do worse than -3, but all of my PTs (save one) are in the 20s-30s.

yes

What makes the new ones harder?

Different question types?
or just more challenging passages/versions of the old question types?

mainly there is just the expectation that you can infer a lot more from the passage. the overall dense technical articles with really easy questions (sciency ones that i personally love) are replaced by less dense passages that you might see 3 or 4 questions of "what can be inferred from this article type q"

also you have comparative passages which are hit or miss. someare easy af others are pretty fucking tough.

idk i mean RC is RC but there is def a change to the feel from old to new

Dang, that's crazy. Good luck to you man.

Looking at how much time is left, I'm cleaning up my diet and exercise starting tomorrow because I'm going to now be PT'ing twice a week + BP class. Got to be in good physical health in order to handle all this.

I second this!

I didn't have such a great study day, Jgoods. Studied very well until my lunch break and then lost my focus. Now I'm 22 MSS questions behind ;(.

Checking in. This will by second time taking the LSAT. I scored a 153 the first time around (also before I discovered TLS). I took a PT yesterday and scored 159 (not amazing, but better), and have consistently been scoring in the high 150s. This definitely would have not been possible without TLS- I was using Kaplan study materials before, but have switched gears to the manhattan bundle, cambridge, LSAT trainer, and powerscore (all recommended on TLS). I am hoping I can get to 165-170, but we are less than 60 days away. With the questions that I have been getting wrong, I am narrowing it down to the correct answer and wrong answer, but ultimately selecting the wrong answer. Need to keep drilling and PTing.

Thanks for all the support guys and good luck!!

true story... And PT after PT (timed atleast) wont be the best way to get your score up. I would think about throwing untimed PT's in to check ur accuracy. like if you get close to your avg untimed you know you have a bigger issue than timing and need to focus on accuracy and such
