Damn. Good for you.

I say that for anyone who fears they've hit their "ceiling." That notion is total crap. I was stuck in a lower score range for a good while.

7Sage is by far the best for LG, imo.[/quote]

You mean just watching the videos for each and every game, or something in addition to that?

Midterms are literally killing me right now (not literally obviously... but seriously).

How has everyone's week been? Any point increase? Y'all excited for PT55??

December will be the first time I take the LSAT. Haven't drilled or taken any PT's. Should I sit out?

Good good. I've been plateauing at 154 in the past couple weeks regardless of curves. Hoping to break 155 tomorrow. ;)

Have you taken the free June 2007 exam? It's available online for free.

start drilling. get some books. find where your weaknesses are....... basically learn the backbone of this test. if you think you can dedicate some serious time (like 4-5 hours a day) to this per week, then go for it. you can always sit out until feb or june. my diagnostic was similar to yours but I have made a lot of improvement since then.

ETA - I started off with the trainer (amazon). great book that explains the foundations of the test. that introduced me to what I was getting myself into!

logic games bible, manhattan logical reasoning is really good too. use 7sage's free explanations of logic games (helped me tremendously), and just do practice tests timed WITH review once you are finished or a day later. these books can all be purchased on amazon for pretty cheap.

Hey man. Don't worry, my cold diagnostic was a 136...I felt devastated and didn't want to even take the lsat anymore. Few months later, I'm PT'ing in the 152-154 range. The above advice is what I did as well.

December may or may not be cutting it close but you do have feb and June. Good luck.

I'm on my 4th RC passage for the day. going to do probably 5 or 6 more then hit the games.

really been trying to remember the importance of seeing the overall structure of the passage. getting better at recognizing author's opinion, opposing viewpoints, and remembering to keep in mind how each paragraph relates to one another and to the ideas as a whole. those questions always trip me up about the organization of the passage. getting better though !

I'd take PT55 this weekend but I already did it. it's been ages though so maybe i'll run through it again tomorrow.

Sorry. Haha. After being so busy in college, I wanted some time off during this gap year. Once this is over, I'll probably go find a job.
