I'm curious as to why Kaplan is so popular among the non-TLS crowd.Shakawkaw wrote:Come study with me. You'll help me ward off this dude at the library who keeps wanting to be my friend.Dirigo wrote:Somebody motivate me. I'm not the best drill sergeant for myself.nlee10 wrote:39 Days

I'm not sure. I had a friend who is now at Cornell Law who took the Kaplan course and she got a 169. I'm guessing it's popular because people don't do their research and Kaplan is all over the place and offers promotions, especially on college campuses.nlee10 wrote:I'm curious as to why Kaplan is so popular among the non-TLS crowd.Shakawkaw wrote:Come study with me. Probably this and due to their presence in the SAT world.Shakawkaw wrote: I'm not sure. I had a friend who is now at Cornell Law who took the Kaplan course and she got a 169. THIS is my issue. I'm just anal about checking and rechecking and making 100% sure that something is the answer. I guess I should stop doing that =\Shakawkaw wrote:I think a struggle with easier games, at least for me, is that I try to be thorough with it when I should be trusting my gut answer and not checking the rest of them. Agree with this and yet still do that.jam313 wrote: It may not be necessary to fill out the entire ordering for that question and waste your time (say you are told 'A' is #1 and you infer that pushes 'B' to #2 position - don't bother figuring out where the other 5 game pieces fall into place unless you skim the answers and B=2 isn't there).
Imagine it's January and you're about to get your score. And then you get it. And then you're disappointed because, if you drilled on October 28th you could have gotten another point. Do you want that?! HUH?! NO!Dirigo wrote:Somebody motivate me. I'm not the best drill sergeant for myself.nlee10 wrote:39 Days
Yes! Sometimes when the CR is A or B, I feel skeptical sometimes so I check one or two more answer choices. (Which obviously wastes time)WorldsCollide wrote:THIS is my issue.
