Sup y'all...checkin in after a night of wine and deciding i will prob retake in feb...caffeine is a stimulant yes, but if you're looking for smthg to improve concentration/memory you need to research nootropics (smart drugs- natural supplements).

Eta: i use piracetam and aniracetam

Wow, that's hardcore. I've tried piracetam in the past but my memory actually worsened after a month or so of using it so I stopped. I get really apprehensive about using meds to alter my brain chemistry

Um, i think you have to use it in combo with another nootropic, and in moderation...also< i make sure to drink coffee with added coconut oil and raw butter to help...i think that may be for the aniracetam though as one of them is fat soluble...piracetam I think needs to be taken on an empty stomach....there's lots of research on it actually, I think it just depends on who is taking it and how much they take, etc. for me, I struggle w adhd and choose not to use aderall, so this kind of stack helps me to focus. Not everything is for everyone, but this helped me.
