Grats! That RC score is so lovely.
Thanks nlee. RC has been fluctuating like a madman between -2 and -8 so I am not sure what to think about this one.
I also did my first 5th section experimental yesterday. Picked PT 8 LG of all and got absolutely destroyed. There was the one game about turning lights ON and OFF. Thought I am in high school physics again. Hope that those games are not representative of what we are getting in 10 days. That'd be my only saving grace.
PT 64 today

Omg, that camp. I did SBI and those campers were the WORST.
But I seriously feel for any of you that have tiny desks. I feel like that's such an artificial difficulty that is so unfair. There should be a standard desk size for all test takers.
Completely agree about the desk size. I took September test at UCF and they gave us desks reminiscent of Middle School. It was horrible. Im taking December at Barry for any of you who are taking in the Orlando area. Stay away from UCF!

I watched the 7sage explanation of the set up but I'm still a little confused. I got thrown off because it says N is the longest of the 5 reports, and S is the shortest of the 5 reports. This made me think the sequencing in each segment was related; that out of the shortest in segment 1 and the shortest is segment 2,1 had to be shorter than the other since S has to be the shortest of the 5.
The 7sage explanation made it seem so simple, but he doesn't address this idea and I'm wondering if anyone else thought this and was able to change the way they thought about the rules.
I took this test last night, and got a perfect on that game. I just interpreted it as regardless of what segment the reports are in, S will always be last (because it's shortest) and N will always be first (because it's longest). Does that help?
Wow, great job! Yes, thanks that helps. I'm not sure why I got so confused by the wording, it's not like they gave exact time lengths or anything. So it only matters to the extent that nothing can go after S, not in the sense that you need to differentiate between the shortest in segment 1 and the shortest in segment 2.
From my understanding, that's exactly right. Glad I could help; I know how it goes to get totally tripped up on the wording of a rule now and then.

I'm genuinely wondering how that even works. I'm guessing you couldn't spread out your answer sheet and test booklet?

Yeah you have to keep the bubble sheet underneath the test booklet and slide it out when you need to bubble. It's fucked up.
Also, I had to keep my pencils in my crotch and my sharpener on the floor, and balance my watch on my leg.
That sounds comfortable.
Seriously, that's so unfair. Especially the part about your watch. The place where santoki and I will be taking it is a lecture room that fits ~50 people max, and even fewer actually are in the room with you because they spread you out so much - I'd guess it was maybe 30-35 total with me. You get an insane amount of space and the chairs are cushioned office chairs that spin. They spoil us, it seems like.

Even though you have three pencils out at a time, I notice that you only use one pencil. Although it sounds like this won't be a problem for you at your TC this time around. Where did you take it in Sept?

So the studies are going well today. I was discouraged from the studies because yesterday I bombed a RC passage (with a -9). I've been struggling with RC and have been drilling and seeing results (averaging a -4). Today during the studies I got -2 on a section. Back in it dudes. Sup.

Well its horrible. I had to keep everything on the floor. Since they sat everyone a full desk apart, I was fortunate enough to at least ask if I could turn around the unused baby desk in front of me to add a sort of extension to my own desk. This at least allowed me to not fold the test in half and/or hide the bubble sheet as I tested. Still very annoying though.

Soooo i pretty much tanked PT 72 today: 168.
Missed 5 on LG. I went way too fast. Btw, question number 7 on section three is fucking stupid.
That test definitely killed my momentum, but I'm just going to use it as motivation.
