I have a very packed schedule, so an in person LSAT prep class was impossible, after doing research I found that blueprint was one of the top companies out there for online prep.
I was supposed to start studying today, but the videos aren't working (I already took the diagnostic test and that worked fine), does anyone know how to fix this?
I am using a Lenovo u310 laptop, and it has no problems streaming/downloading/uploading anything, this has literally been the first time I've ever had a problem watching something.
any help would be greatly appreciated!

Generally, if you're having that issue, logging in from a non-firewalled location using Chrome will fix the issue. Try switching to Chrome to see if that works. If not, call 1-888-4BP-PREP and they'll troubleshoot with you!
