I PM'd her- she hasn't logged in a few weeks. I offered to take over the HMS June Retakers.

Why is the June LSAT on a Monday? I thought Mondays were for Jewish Sabbath observers only.

June is always on a Monday (at Noon, not 8:30)

That is so great! When I registered for June and saw it was administered on a Monday at noon, I was excited! I feel like I can perform better at that time, as I will be more awake!

Drilled and reviewe NA q's today

Level 1: 76/76
Level 2: 71/73

Will do level 3 and 4 tomorrow.

I find it's helpful to do 10 timed questions at a time before I blind review them then check answers. Feeling pretty good today, but tomorrow will be much more difficult I'm sure.

Another question -- I scored towards the higher end of where I was PTing on the February LSAT. If I retake in June, most of the schools are telling me they will still accept that score for fall 14 enrollment, but can anyone shed some light as to whether or not I'll be disadvantaged for scholarship money seeing as how some schools may have already given out most of their budget for the fall class? Thanks!

Starting today.

Alright. Well I will probably start drilling LG today since that is where I could improve most easily. LR and RC will start when the trainer gets here.

Just starting to review LR again today. I've never used the Cambridge packets before, however...

Is this the bundle people commonly refer to when drilling LR? Just want a confirmation before I plop down 80 bucks for PDF file ><

Yes, thats the one! I payed for each question type individually because i wasn't aware of this specific bundle.

Thanks. Sorry about that, it's a worthy investment either way if you get a top score though.

It was hard to get back on this horse, but I finally did. First PT last night scored the same as my last official test, so I'll chalk that up as a win since I haven't looked at anything LSAT related since Oct.

When you guys are drilling LR, are you timing yourself? I started drilling LR in early Feb and haven't been timing myself but I don't want to get in the habit of not being aware of how long I am taking to answer questions.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no.

I think it's initially more important to understand why answers are correct and wrong before you worry about timing.

Finished up the NA questions this morning. Level three and four definitely tougher than one and two.

Level 3: 36/36
Level 4: 36/43. Ouch

Overall: 219/228

At this point I have a pretty good grasp on NA questions, but will certainly have to drill and review more of the level four type questions to ensure I'm ok on test day.

Now to must be true questions.

Yessir.

Much more focused on drilling than PTs this time around, though I will certainly take some PTs as test day nears.

Working on LG myself. :) I'm starting later on tonight. Are you doing it in any specific order, or just randomly?

I started LG this morning. I'm going back to the book, reviewing the chapter, and then doing all of corresponding games in the cambridge packet.

I'm about a third done with simple ordering games. So far, -0 throughout, and averaging a shade over five minutes per game. If only we could get 4 SO games per test.

I planned out my re-take schedule.

Currently, I'm alternating LG and LR everyday.

On LG days, I'm going through a chapter of MLSAT LG, and then doing all of the corresponding cambridge games. Anything under perfection means 7sage video.

On LR days, something similar - going through MLSAT LR, and then doing 50-100 problems of the corresponding cambridge packet.

After I've finished my review of the two MLSAT books along with the corresponding drills, I'm going to take a PT to see where I am.

After that PT, I'm going to dive into the Trainer again.

On LR chapters, drill the corresponding set in Cambridge. LG as well.

For RC, I'm going to hold off on drilling until I re-read all of the Trainer RC chapters. After that, I'm going to do 2 RC sections a day for about a week, sprinkling some LG and LR here and there.

After I'm done with my second pass through the trainer, I'm going to take 3 PTs (and review), and plug them into lsatqa.

When lsatqa & PT review expose my current weaknesses, I'm going to do ~100 of each question type for LR, the entire cambridge packet for LG, and...more brute force practice for RC/work on a specific, tailored-to-me approach to that specific question type.

After that, I'm going full throttle PT mode again. I have 11-15 unused PTs (I know, cray cray). After every 3 tests, I'm going to repeat the process above (drilling weaknesses).

Once I've completed all of the fresh PTs, I'm going to look at the Cambridge packets, and do all of the problems I have yet to do (probably some left over LR qs and RC passages).

If it's not the end of May/beginning of June by the time I reach this point, I'll begin recycling PTs in order to stay in peak LSAT condition.

What do you guys think/what are you planning on doing?
