Thanks, guys! STRESSS is killing my appetite which is compounding the mood effects b/c I'm one of those "live to eat" types. I'm hoping this fatty coffee will hold me over at least until the break.

(No yak butter, I just used ghee. I was paleo for 5 weeks + did Crossfit, and I was the fittest/leanest I'd ever been, but also a miserable bitch.)

Hey crossfit is awesome. I've been doing it for 3 months and am pretty hooked

Also I asked about bulletproof coffee like 47 pages ago and no one responded but yea butter and coconut oil coffee is the bomb.

Do you use mct oil or just coconut oil.

This was my 1st cup ever, and I only had coconut oil + ghee lying around. I have to look into getting MCT oil! And yak butter, if that can be had. I had a ton of fun with Crossfit, but (probably due to my bad form) it aggravated some of my injuries from soccer and tennis.

Lack of cheese is a sufficient condition for my bitchiness :-) I'm glad it's working for you! I cook out of the Nom Nom Paleo book a lot. I just love how constraints force you to coax a little more out of what you have and be creative. Reminds me of working with what I got for LSAT. God, all I think about is the LSAT these days. :(

I know we laugh about how irrelevant the essay is, but I'm actually a little bit worried about it. Has anyone ITT even looked at/actually written one in practice? ETA: Should we?

Just to ease your anxiety, you may want to read this: http://www.manhattanlsat.com/blog/2009/ ... rite-it-2/
But srsly don't worry. You can shit out a page of blah when you have to.
