Re: The Official September 2014 Study Group
I have to drive 20 minutes to the testing center. I'm going to wake up from 5:30am to 5:45am. Immediately make coffee, chug a glass of water, then get ready. Should be done with that by 6:30am. Drink cofee wihle taking an LG, take an RC, take 10 LR. Should be done by 7:30am. Eat some berries and a piece of toast while drinking water. Leave for center by 7:50am.

I had to slap myself a few times (no joke) during the graduated tax vs. flat tax passage on PT72, so tax law is probably "not a good fit" for me.BillPackets wrote:talked to teacher again he went to rutgers, told me that tax law is where the money is at, that students in his class would tear pages out of books so others couldnt see (classic), and to bring ear plugs for the lsat bc ppl would intentionally chew crunchy food to distract yousmccgrey wrote:BillPackets wrote:hey guys im not nervous and im not nervously posting every 12 seconds
Are you allowed to slap yourself during the test? Just with your bare hands, no implements?

Oh my fucking god. Is this a joke? I think I am going to cry.
You cannot even fit the booklet open on these desks. You have to fold it over. How am I going to do LG and RC?!!!!!b!!b!! I can't fit the answer sheet, I can't put my watch on the desk.
I am having a fucking meltdown right now.
This is not okay. This is really not okay.
Fucking Brooklyn College. I knew I should have chosen a different testing center. Of course they don't give a shit about a bunch of low-income students trying to get into law school.

For anyone whose taken it before, how long does the nervousness last? Like, is it apparent throughout the test? Or does it go away? I feel like, especially for LR you sorta need to be on your game from question 1. Lg at least you're diagramming and RC at least you're reading for a few minutes, but I feel like you almost can't afford to be nervous if LR is the 1st section

Pretty much in the same boat as you. I'm sneaking in to one of the class rooms today to use a desk and plan how I'm spacing things out on the desksfoglia wrote:Oh my fucking god. Is this a joke? I think I am going to cry.

Re: The Official September 2014 Study Group
I would rather have LR first because I do have more wiggle room. I generally finish the section with 5-10 minutes remaining, so a little bit of tension in those first (easy) questions can be massaged away gradually. LG is horrible to be nervous in because it can screw up an entire diagram, rule representation, or even game - and because your timing is so precise you can be screwed up badly.ilikebaseball wrote:For anyone whose taken it before, how long does the nervousness last?
