What more can I do than take PTs

I was getting 173-177 on my proctored exams. Took the October Test and got a 167. Pessimistic about my December results. I've done every single prep test. What else is there that I should focus on? I'm up for anything at this point, even crazy things like seeking psychotherapy on the 1% chance that there is some of that unconscious self-sabotage woo-woo junk.

You should focus on reviewing.
Also, it does not hurt to retake old PTs. While the score of an old PT may not 100% reflect your score, the whole point of PTing and drilling is for practice. As long as you're not moving through your PTs going "Oh, I remember this question, it was A!" then you're getting adequate practice.

Have you thought about giving your life to Jesus?
You'll be fine. Just drill Cambridge and redo exams.
