I'm not sure if this will be more or less disappointing than looking at the score cold.inlovewithpiper wrote:1. Wait until emailchizzy wrote:whats the preferred method. waiting to receive your score in the email or constantly refreshing?

3. Manually search inbox for keyword "180," then "179," then "178," etc.

I blocked TLS from my web browser last gray day. It was torture. Fortunately I had a lot of things to keep me busy that day (I didn't end up opening the LSAC email until an hour after they sent it)

After 6:15 I'm done for today. 2011 December LSAT went gray @ 6:10, though it was after New Year's "Tea".taks7 wrote:It's 5:31...no chance scores are coming out now (although I hope I'm wrong)

I'm going to do it. If I get to 170 and nothing then I'm not going to look at my score and register for June 2014.jimmierock wrote:LMAO.inlovewithpiper wrote:1. Wait until emailchizzy wrote:whats the preferred method. waiting to receive your score in the email or constantly refreshing?

Okay, I thought of a new method that I will term "the LSAT Grey Day Drinking Game":chizzy wrote:whats the preferred method. waiting to receive your score in the email or constantly refreshing?
Bring up the IRR & Conversion Table without looking at the score on the LSAC page. Avoid the score on the IRR itself (tape paper to your computer screen such that only the right side is exposed). Go through your answer choices making note of the number of q's missed. Every time you find a missed q, take a shot. Deduct missed q's from total q's and find your score via the Conversion Table.
Optional modification: If score is below what you expected, keep drinking until your wounds are soothed. If score is at/above what you expected, keep drinking until you have sufficiently celebrated.

Re: December 2013 LSAT Waiting Thread
tip for dec waiters:
have someone who is on his/her third take within two years verify that they CAN register to take another LSAT. That person does not need to actually proceed to checkout because they'll likely be denied at that point, but if the lsac site lets em get to the page before checking out then LSAC will not release scores that day = LSAC will release scores that day --> does not let allow them to get to page before checkout. However, on Grey Day they WILL NOT be able to proceed to that screen. That is when you know. It happened to me on October's Grey Day before the icons even changed colors. IIRC I tried doing it that morning.

Re: December 2013 LSAT Waiting Thread
Anecdotal as fuck. I obsessively checked everyday during Oct wait to see if I could register for a fourth take. It let me get to that screen every day except score release day. It likely has something with the way the site recognizes attempts.ThetaX wrote:Wait, what? LSAC Hacks? How has this not been known yet!?Sinatra wrote:tip for dec waiters:

I'm curious to see if it was coincidence or if I really have something here. Who will step up to the plate and play the all important role of registration checker?

Do you have a cut off score at which you will apply or not apply this late in the cycle? And if so, how did you decide on it?theramblingfool wrote:Aye.
