Are we talking about the night before or the morning of the test? If the former, I'd go with a stout since it's winter and stouts taste so good (perhaps Old Rasputin), but if latter something lighter like a kolsch.

lol i did wonder about that when i saw the title. i have to be honest, the thought did cross my mind morning-of.
