What is your last month of Prep Schedule?

Post by NotHermione » Mon Nov 04, 2013 10:02 pm

December LSAT is 32 days away - what are you doing in your last month of prep?

I'm spending my last month focused predominantly on perfecting LG & RC - the two sections where I seem to fluctuate. The 7sage LG videos have been unbelievable helpful and now it's just a matter of drilling. My scores are falling between 168 and 172 and I'm hoping to close that gap so I'm consistently 170+.

What is your final month of prep going to look like? Any suggestions for your fellow December test takers?

great thread idea. looking forward to seeing others' plans.

i'm finishing the trainer. i'm concentrating on keeping up my LR and RC with daily review of tough questions/passages, and getting timing down for LG. my number one concern right now is finishing LG with enough time to check some answers. plan is to work through the 50s LG sections, two a day - 1 timed and 1 untimed - over and over. just for fun. (if anyone has any other games suggestions, i'm all ears.)

also have about 8 PTs left, which I plan on taking timed with dummy 5th sections. 2 a week probably, maybe 3.

most of all, though, i'm trying to stay calm, and rested.

I made a detailed schedule of the most current PTs 52-70. The PTs are back to back as well as some PTs with around 7 sections. I left days for reviewing test explanation and notes from the trainer and MLSAT LR. I am primarily focusing on LR. LG is my strongest section at -0 to -1 average. Thoughts?

I have a thread going where I roughly described what I am doing. I took the october lsat and got a 168, I want to fine-tune my LR and RC with drilling. I am going to be finishing up the Manhattan LR and RC books today or tomorrow. Then I have the Cambridge bundles 1-20 by type for RC 21-40 LG (meant to order 1-20) and 1-40 for LR. So I will try and work through those over the next couple of weeks. With 2 weeks to go I'll retake a few PTs, I might cave and order a couple of the unreleased ones for lsatblog just so I have some fresh material. I am hoping to save four or five of the highest difficulty problems and sets from each type for the last week so I can do those exclusively before doing my last PT and the december LSAT. I am hoping it'll be like warming up with a weighted bat.

Is my thread, I am trying to keep track of my progress and how long I spend on it every day.

Taking PT's and reviewing past ones. Retaking a bunch of 60's and taking ones I haven't.
