Worse on retake. Now what?

I had scored a 158 the first time around which didn't make sense because I was PT'ing at 165/67 consistently. So naturally I retook in October and ended up with a 153. I know I'll have to write an addendum, but what do you do in a situation like this?

What would your addendum say? I can't imagine one that would be effective without a third, higher score.
