I lost 8 points on the last section of the test, LR, and I attribute a lot of that to heavy fatigue (I felt out of it on the fourth section, which was the game, which I managed to do perfectly on). Any good dietary recommendations for the break? I'm really thinking of bringing some kind of small espresso shot for the break. It sucks that I felt so damn fatigued.

Hi friends.

Checking in after analyzing my score breakdown yesterday and realizing it was one single section that tanked my score. LR #2

Let's do this.

I'm really surprised my first section fumble didn't fuck up the rest of the test for me. The proctor didn't call 5min warning and I left 2 blank in the first LR. (Which I found to be unusually difficult, or it was just nerves)

Is it worth making the $300 plunge for 7sage? I feel like my LR and LG could use some work. Even though I got -0 on games I scrambled to finish the last game.

I had test anxiety too. I wonder if there's a way to calm that or something. But I will make the plunge in general. Although my LR was good going into Oct, I think it needs more work since I had a hard time with the 1st section and wasn't able to finish it.

RC needs the most work but I have LSAT Trainer/MLSAT RC guide for that.

Any other input re: 7sage investment?

While I bang out the Cambridge LR packets, I have been skipping the easiest level and working on the harder ones. Then if I am struggling I will work on easy ones and mix in my misses. Anyone have a prefered way for getting through these? How many questions can you get through a day? I feel like after ~100-150 of just LR my brain is mush...

Cheapest 7Sage option is $179, I believe. I thought it was fantastic, but if you're already getting the Trainer, I say focus on that. If you don't feel ready in time for December and plan on taking Feb, then maybe get 7Sage. Just don't go overboard with the new prep.

PM me if you have any questions about the course.

ETA Cheapest 7Sage full-course option is $179, not individual types.

Yeah I saw the $179 one. I'm just wondering really. I feel like my foundation was rocked a bit after getting my Oct score back. Although it was a huge jump, I expected more from myself. So I'd rather go back and rework the foundation on up. But idk if 4 weeks is enough time for that.

Checking in because my first ever -0 in RC was negated by an epic choke job in both LG and LR.

Studied my ass off to get 11 points worse than my best PT and 2 points worse than when I took the test last Oct with very little studying.

All my PT's would seem to indicate that I know the material, and I've never been one to suffer from test anxiety, but I think the adrenaline rush on test day got the best of me. Not sure where to take my studying from here, but I hope the third time is the charm.

You gotta get over that feeling though and trust that you have the ability to perform on test day. I bombed LR 2 and that screwed me over, but I wouldn't let that override what I was doing during PT's. I don't think one bad PT is necessarily worth going back to the drawing board over. However if you feel you need that, then 7sage is a good investment imo.

I will make the call in a day or two. I hammered out a PS draft I was happy with, also my unfortunate having to write a C&F and GPA addendum as well. DS is next since I think my view gives me a different perspective from other applicants. But, that's harder to put down in words for me than I thought it would be.

How is the LSAT trainer with RC? 11/16 misses on October were RC, I need to get that firmed up before December.

Whats the dealio with The LSAT Trainer? I bought it and I'm eagerly anticipating its arrival.... but what exactly did I buy?

Also - anyone's thoughts on Cambridge's Difficult Problems book?

Is it possible to have procedure overload with logic games? I've been reading PowerScore's Logic Games Bible... would the aforementioned resources conflict with their teachings?

Lets all crush this test. 38/39 days of insanity.

The more I see people post on this thread and the more I think about my PTs, the more likely its becoming that I won't retake.

Totally botched the RC, but it's all good. I'm feeling good about December, and I'm ready to attack it head on. Are you retaking?

I dont particularly have a lot of LR problems, mostly just miss little words while in auto-pilot. Just ordered trainer but if 7Sage is better than should I use that?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
