I actually really liked PT 62.

srs though the dec tests have been awful, and 68 definitely deserved a more lenient curve just for game 4.

eta: my scores for these tests are sorta weird
65 - 171 because i BOMBED RC JFC
62 - 180
68 - 178

Were these repeats or did you get these scores on your first take of those tests?

Good to see that 178 is on fresh material. You've definitely got the ability to ace the test.

I guess it varies by individual, but I'm the kind of guy who could still be worn down by a PT even with more than 2-3 days to recoup. For me confidence is also a big consideration, as underperformances usually made me less confident, which is the last thing I wanted going into the real thing. My last week was fairly light in terms of LSAT material, and I went into the test full of energy and I think I could've done another 2-3 sections without problems.

Yeah, definitely depends on the person haha. The majority of my prep was PTing (as opposed to drilling), so that's why I was more comfortable with PTing the week of the test -- it was more or less the same old practice I'd been doing. I just made sure to keep the PTs 4 or 5 sections. I didn't wanna burn out by doing 6 sections or back-to-back PTs.

The June and October games were far easier in comparison to PT68/67 which is why I think we're due. Unless we're entering a new LSAT phase of easier LGs and wordier LR or something.

im deathly afraid we're going to get 4 killer games. like literal deathly afraid.

No 4 killer games is not likely, but one would not surprise me. Maybe a weird grouping game or something.

Ya, I was much more of a drilling guy than a PT guy, so maybe that explains my aversion to late PTing. In general I found drilling 2-3 sections at a time worked much better for me than PTing, and breaking things up also made the test seem less daunting. I was able to look at the real test as short, separate quizzes rather than 1 3.5 hour exam, and I think that really helped.

JFC. decided to do a quick list of prev december tests from the 60s to see what we might expect. descriptions from my pt experiences:

- Prep Test 68: December 2012 -- notable as the hellish test that never ended. highlights include game 4, the Longest Game Ever.

- Prep Test 65: December 2011 -- the hardest rc section that ever rc'd. blackmail/dutch agriculture ko combo.

- Prep Test 62: December 2010 -- i cant even talk about 62 without shuddering.

LOL JUST WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO HAVE IN STORE FOR US THIS YEAR. literally all the hellish tests of the 60s besides 67 have been tests from december admins.

Looks like they go for the hard LG then RC...so I'm guessing PT 71 is gonna go hard on RC.

Also, sorta figured out what I was doing wrong with NA questions. I was negating weakening AC which sometimes strengthen the conclusion, so that was throwing me off. I was also forgetting to clearly identify the P->C relationship -___-

Very likely, but needs to be done as part of full PT to be legit.

eta brute forcing is the only way to do this game.

I probably have terrible LG habits because I brute force like 37.5% of games, but it seems effective when nothing clicks up front. I'll get PTs 68 and 69 when/if I get through 43-66 (minus 60-62) and see what happens.
