Is it worth retaking in October?

I've studied for this exam since January 2012. No joke. I was supposed to take the June '12 exam, but didn't feel comfortable enough with my PTs in the lower 150s so I pushed it back for a year where I only really did hardcore studying mid-April before the next June exam when I got a 158. I must have read the Bibles a million times over, but always come up short on the actual PTs I'm taking now in the lower 160s due to silly mistakes that I wouldn't have made if I wasn't so hurried to finish the section in time. Untimed, I get in the upper 160s, but at this point, I don't want to risk getting a lower score if I'm still not making any jump from what I had before due to burnout during practice and overall stress.

I will be applying for this coming cycle so what should I do?

Also, the work is not an issue. I've dedicated five hours a daily for four days a week to this so I am putting in the effort.

Where are you missing the most questions? Is it spread between sections, or do you have one weakness? Have you been drilling said weakness(es)?

Well that's another issue actually. It's scattered among a few different Logical Reasoning question types so there's no definite weakness in one area or the other. I do go back and reread the strategies for the questions, but the follow-through for implementing them on the PTs just doesn't happen. On an timed section alone, without the other four, I miss only three questions versus timed PTs and untimed sections when I miss six or more. There's no clear pattern.
