B. Call a cab to take you. Bring a few quarters to call a cab to pick you up. Or get a ride from friend/family.

I voted for B, but if you can't get over the anxiety of testing there, then you should obviously go with A. I tested with a giant desk area but I'd imagine that if you bubbled multiple answers at once that would help with the small desk. Also, whenever I took tests on tiny desks in college I would pull another one over to me to make a superdesk - don't know whether this would fly.
