Are there still games like this that appear?
If I'm not nailing these, should I be concerned? I've done around a dozen PT's and this was the first I've seen like this.

That's one of the "weirder" games, like the colored liquids in flasks, or the one where you're making words by progressively adding/removing/changing letters.
There's no guarantee that you'll never see anything like that again on the LSAT, but the odds are against it. I certainly don't think it's worth a lot of your time.
